Tiphanie Eugene

Tiphanie is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. As an Organizer and Administrative Director of The People's Institute for Survival and Beyond, she maintains the flow of connections between all the segments of the day-to-day operations and programmatic aspects of the organization, locally and nationally. Tiphanie is a riding member and Float Lieutenant with the Krewe of Musesand serves on its Executive Committee as  Volunteer Coordinator.  Dance being her favorite art form, she has received some training and has been a member of several dance groups.  Her favorite dance artist is her daughter, who is currently studying Dance Education.
