Instagram Live - Tech Tips for Live Classes
You can take live classes on Instagram from your phone, tablet or laptop.
On a phone or tablet, you will need to download the Instagram app.
On a laptop, you will need to use the Google Chrome web browser and download the IG Stories Extension for Chrome.
When the class is live, you will see “LIVE” in the circle around the DG logo.
You can watch a live video for 24 hours after the video has been posted!
IGTV & Facebook - Tech Tips for Instructional Videos
Instructional videos will be on our Instagram and Facebook accounts permanently so you can take class at your convenience!
You can view them from a mobile app, tablet, or laptop by clicking on the IGTV icon.
All in-studio classes are temporarily cancelled.
DG In-Studio Adult Classes: Prices, Partners & Values
WHAT TO WEAR:
For our classes, wear comfortable workout clothes you feel good in! Classes are either done in sneakers or with bare feet. For ballet, there is no required dress code. Feel free to wear ballet shoes, leotard, or tights if you'd like.
TIMELINESS:
Late arrivals have a 15 min cut off period. If you arrive more than 15 min after class start time, you will not be allowed to attend that class. For new students, arrive 10-15 min BEFORE the start time of your first class.
