Dance for Social Change (DSC) Juniors Summer

Dance for Social Change Juniors Summer Camp is a vibrant 4-week program for students ages 7-12 (rising 3rd-7th graders). Participants will explore diverse dance styles, including African diasporic, modern, Jazz and hip-hop, while also being exposed to other creative art mediums throughout the camp. Students will take technique classes, learn choreography, and engage with important social justice topics, with a focus on mental health this year. The program will culminate on August 2nd with the NOLA Youth Town Hall.

Dates: July 7, 2024 - August 1, 2024 (Final Performance August 2) Time: 9-4pm

Ages: 7-12 (rising 3rd- 7th graders)

$400 for 4 weeks - Scholarships/financial aid are available!

Note: After this form is submitted a Dancing Grounds/ Dance for Social Change representative will reach out to collect your deposit to hold your student's place. Registration is not complete until after your deposit has been submitted.
